industry through my previous employment at SAROVA WHITESANDS BEACH RESORT AND SPA & JUMEIRAH BEACH FRONT HOTEL AND APARTMENTS IN MOMBASA, KENYA, where I worked as a Front desk Attendant for over FOUR YEARS. During my tenure, I developed a comprehensive skill set in providing excellent
customer care, good organizational skills, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
As a front desk professional, I understand the importance of first point impression and a welcoming environment for guests. I am skilled in performing a wide range of front desk tasks, including operating different property management systems such as OPERA, FIDELIO, EZEE ABSOLUTE and I am familiar with Microsoft office.
