I am currently working in Ibex Global - Walmart campaign as a Lead Supervisor. Prior to that I was working as Team Coach in All State.

 

I’ve pursued and completed bachelor’s of science in computer science from Hamdard University(Pakistan). After joining Ibex I rose up to the position of a team coach in All State campaign within a couple of years. During this time I was responsible for KPI management, SLA management through schedule management of almost 30 member team that I had, Moreover, creating and presenting data analytic reports including evaluation reports to ensure customer service experience benchmarks are met.
