My name is Marivic Ner, I am 32 years old. I'm from the Philippines. I took a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration Major in Management.
I have 11 years of experience in one of the large companies in the Philippines which oversees 42 groups of companies. As Administrative Assistant for 9 years supporting our CEO and the managers with general administrative tasks and Regulatory and Compliance Associate for 2 years handling their top one large taxpayer company.
I consider myself as a very organized person, collaborative, and innovative.
I am flexible in adapting to a diverse work environment.
I'm a detail Oriented I identify issues and develop effective solutions.
I initiate and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
In my last role we are working on time-sensitive reports, prone to errors and penalties and I successfully found ways to help the entire team and the company by streamlining the processes. My manager, and the team were so glad about it after a long year we finally did the report easy and fast and avoided penalties. I was so happy to mentor the entire team and continue to develop my expertise to contribute to the company's long term success.
