In my current position I am responsible for Managing expenditure, Maintaining account ledgers, Generating invoices, Managing payable accounts,local supplies payment and related party company reconciliation etc.
And all the employees salary, attendance, leave and final settlements, preparing monthly provisions, printing sales invoices,salary bank reconciliation,inventory checking and other accounting etc.
I am self starter and excel at record maintenance and reporting. I am also deeply familiar with accounting software such as peachtree and Ms Excel and adept quickly to new programs.
