• Skilled in preparing interim payment applications (IPA) to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
• Skilled in subcontractor payment certificate (IPC) preparation, demonstrating strong knowledge and expertise in this essential aspect of quantity surveying.
• Traditional quantity surveying practice in pre-contract and post-contract stages of works.
• Skilled in utilizing computer applications related to quantity surveying practice.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for effective liaison and documentation.

• Hamad International Airport Expansion Project (QAR 2.9 Billion)
• Lusail Plaza Towers - Plot A & B (QAR 3.2 Billion) 
• Development of Internal Security Forces (ISF) Camp - CPC 7A & 7B (QAR 4.2 Billion)

Education:

BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction
