❖ Previous company projects are Al Khor Expressway P-60, TEKFEN contract for KEO International consultant, Construction of Link Roads Adjacent to Al Khor Expressway Link Road – PA 2019 C 097 G – TEKFEN contract for CDM Smith Consultant) Vendom mall, Street Lighting Works (Construction and reconstruction contract for United Development Company)
❖ Thorough knowledge in Civil& MEP procurements such as Street Lighting Projects, Kahramaa Electricity Distribution Projects, Overhead Line Projects, Cable Pulling, Building Materials, Cables and Wires (Ashghal & Kahramaa), Drilling Materials and all other Ashghal and Kahramaa projects, Private Jobs etc.
❖ Knowledge in preparation of Material Technical Submittal as per Ashghal and Kahramaa Standards.
❖ Experienced in Procurement, Administration, Document Controller and Human Resource jobs.
❖ Holder of Qatar driver’s license with a validation period until 2025

Duties and Responsibilities (Procurement, Document Controller & HR Administration)
● Document Controller
• Preparation of Site Reports and Schedules
• Preparation of Daily work progress report and sending to Client
• Preparation of Inspection Requests (INR) and submitting the same for approval
• Maintaining the daily INR tracker and Updating with Client DC Team
• Assisting Client QAQC to respond to their Observations, CARS and NCRs.
• Preparation of NCR Log and Coordinating with Client QAQC
● HR Administration
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Duties and Responsibilities (Procurement Officer & Document Controller)
● Procurement Officer
• Conducting monthly inventory of the materials in the warehouse and prepare inventory report
• Preparing RFQ (Request for Quotation) based on the material requests from various projects
• Preparation of detailed price comparison chart for management level reference.
• Preparing vendor contracts and healthy negotiation with the suppliers.
• Preparations of LPOs/POs and forwarding
• Arrange meetings and fix appointments with the suppliers
• Thorough follow up on the delivery of materials.
• Verifying delivery notes and invoices with the actual quantity ordered and delivered.
• Managing local and international purchase activities.
• Coordination with Accounts Department during the Quarterly and Annualaudits.
• Coordination with Operation and Estimation Department on the site requirements.
• Coordination with the storekeepers at warehouse.
• Arranging files, documents, letters, and correspondence.
• Updating activities and reports in BIS application
