QA/QC Engineer
Ensured all project logs are established, implemented and maintained.
Assists Quality Manger to maintain Quality Management System, ensure all the quality standards and policies for
system and services are met.
Collaborates with employees, managers/ supervisors to identify and correct actual and potential quality issues in
overall operational management.
Facilitate in investigating, allocating action and closing out non-conformance from Consultant and Main
Contractor, customer to achieve continual improvement, monitor and assist in quality improvement projects
(NCR, Corrective Action Team etc.)
Collect, consolidate and summarize reliable QA/QC system performance indicators as required and report to
Quality Manager in defined time frame for management review meeting.
Timely update the QA procedures and work instruction to reflect the current requirements.
Liaise with Consultant, Architect and Client, Contractors, Internal departments and Suppliers.
Helping the Project Manager in preparing the As Built Drawings.
Reviewed all technical submittals in accordance with project specification.
Monitored all projects activities on quality in compliance with company’s quality management system.
Coordinated with consultant for the conduct of daily inspection activities.
Preparing and submitting all Material Inspection Reports (MIRs) & Work Inspection Reports (WIRs).
Ensured RFI’s are correctly implemented and necessary changes are done accordingly on site as well as applicable
documents of the project.
Coordinated with civil contractor for all electro-mechanical clearances on site like, pouring concrete, plastering,
ceiling closure, penetrations, etc.
All projects activities shall be recorded and maintained records of inspections and testing until end of the
contractor and for retention on completion of project in accordance with established quality management system
procedures.
Ensure client issued snags or punch list are attended and addressed properly on site.
Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule. Attending all testing & commissioning of MEP
services.
Project Engineer
To monitor the construction progress and control the quality of MEP works to be completed within allowed time and budget.
Responsible for second quantity take offs in accordance with approved shop drawings, compare actual quantities with BOQ of the project and assist planning engineer to develop quality man-hour variance report (QMVR).
Liaise with Centre Management to coordinate works and costs.
Responsible for preparation of material submittals, method statements etc., of the project in compliance with
project specification and applicable standards.
Responsible for verification of supplier’s compliance statements prior to final selection of material or product in
accordance with project specification and approved material submittal.
Ordering the required material as per specifications.
Responsible for Engineering & review of shop and coordination drawings as per actual site conditions and obtain
client’s approval prior to start of works. During execution, any deviation or variance is subject to client’s approval.
Planning and managing site activities and ensure correct usage of required manpower, machinery and material
supplies
Preparing weekly and monthly reports & Reported with Manager and Construction Manager.
Responsible for all engineering and instructions activities on site. Coordinate and assist supervisor or foreman to
execute works in accordance with project quality plan, project specification, method statement, manufacturer
instructions, approved drawings, ITP and all other approved documents and applicable standards.
Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work.
Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site. Coordination and attending meeting with
subcontractors, contractor & consultant, client, supplier.
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
Preparing asset register and submitting for review and approval.
Ensure that all building services meet technical standard and local authority regulations.
Responsible for project handovers, spare parts, warranties, as-built drawings, O&M manuals etc.
