v  Giving clients demonstration at their place of work.

v  Keeping a close eye on every deal in the sales pipeline.

v  Making up to 50 sales calls per day to prospective leads.

v  Explaining to customers how the company’s products are ideal for their needs.

v  Contributing towards the development of sales and marketing literature.

v  Reporting back to the sales team on a regular basis with relevant information.

v  Cold calling prospects that have been found through business directories or client referrals.

v  Sustaining long-term relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

v  Fostering good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.

v  Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.

v  Connecting with key businesses and directors with the view of opening up new opportunities.

v  Quickly understanding the needs business customers.

v  Recording sales and sending administrative copies to the sales office.
