Dear Sir,
I am Meerashahibo Jabeer (Sri Lankan) experienced Site Engineering professional, Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Quantity Surveyor and Diploma in Computer Science with (Auto CAD). I have more than 15 years of experience in Engineer field. I had work experience in various Building and Infrastructure construction and maintenance construction.
Ø Preparation of Bill of Quantity Based on Drawings & Responsible for the timely quantity take-off.
Ø Assists in ensuring tender documents received are sufficient/complete vs. tender inquiry received and identifies the scope of work from the tender documents.
Ø Review of drawings, specifications, BOQ, tender addendums/clarification, and other documents as deemed necessary.
Ø Check to post tender clarification and identify changes.
Ø Assist in Identification of all requirements during estimation and floating all inquiries to suppliers/sub- contractors and obtaining timely quotations.
Ø Prepare Interim Payment certificate as per the monthly actual progress.
Ø Preparation and submission of variations and agreeing with Clients / Consultants.
Ø Participate in identifying anomalies/discrepancies, if any, in the tender documents and raise queries to the Client /Consultant /Sub-Contractors as appropriate.
Ø Arranging for Tenders from Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
Ø Checking, referring, and comparing Tender drawings with BOQ & Specification.
Ø Prepare Tender Queries to the client when any clarification is needed or in case of found any discrepancies among tender documents.
Ø Take off Quantities from Tender drawings and prepare comparative Bill of Quantities and Sending RFQ & Communicate with subcontractors & suppliers to provide the best quotations.
Ø Commercial Evaluation of suppliers & sub-contractors ‘competitive prices & select a suitable competitor.
Prepare required documents for the Technical Submission like… (Method statement, Suppliers &sub- contractor list, Pre-Qualification, Organization
