Technical Support & Troubleshooting ▪ Responding to technical issues via phone and email ▪ Diagnosing hardware and software issues. ▪ Resolving technical problems related to operating systems, networks, applications, and devices. ▪ Providing support for common office tools, email systems, and productivity software. System Installation & Configuration ▪ Installing and configuring new software, hardware, and network systems. ▪ Setting up user accounts and permissions. ▪ Ensuring that new devices and systems integrate smoothly into the existing infrastructure. User Training & Support ▪ Providing end-user training for software and hardware. ▪ Helping users understand how to maximize productivity tools. ▪ Giving assistance for personal technology setups (like remote workconfigurations).
