Experience : 15years
Reporting to the General Manager /Managing director/ Regional HR Director with the responsibilities to lead HR team to achieve the objectives of the organization by managing the entire life-cycle of the employees. The major activities carried out are not limited to the following:
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Management of the entire Recruitment and selection life cycle including onboarding
Point of contact for Management and HODs on HR topics
Induction, arrangement of adequate training prior to engage in the job
Monthly Payrolls, Leave & ES Settlement
Performance Appraisals and compensation management
Employees welfare Management
Management of company fleets & vehicles
Camp/Accommodation management
Management of workmen compensation & Medical insurance, timely renewal and claim follow-ups with the insurance companies.
Management of employees monthly Payroll and Employees other miscellaneous claims
Labor Law compliance
Employees Retrenchment
