·         Assisting in implementing borouge’s HSE Plan, Policies, safe procedure and risk assessment

·         Coordination with all departments and sub-contractors regarding safety issues and concerns

·         Conducting lifting operation, work at height, gas testing and confined spaces work in safe manner

·         Assisting borouge’s firefighting department in developing and implementing rescue plan

·         Conducting Tool box talk (TBT), safety induction and training

·         Recording and reporting non-compliance with codes and standards

·         Checking and recording Permit to Work (PTW), inspection lists, training certificate and other safety documents

·         Managing and deploying fire and hole watchers on all hot work (Welding, cutting and grinding) and confined space activities
