Description
- Over 10+ years’ experience in Procurement & Inventory control for Project Engineering & Hotel Industry
- Over 9+ years’ experience in F&B Cost control for Hotel and Catering Industry
- Perform vendor re-evaluation and site visit to maintain a high-quality vendor pool including qualitative analyses.
- Cooperate with Finance shared center, User departments and Finance Department for Purchase details.
- Cost Maintenance
- Track record of successful involvement in complex, global programs
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, Sinhala & Tamil and able to converse in Malayalam & Hindi
