I am a licensed Civil Engineer (PH) with over six (6) years of experience supervising various projects in the Philippines and two (2) years in Advertising company in Qatar. I am experienced in providing technical solutions to sophisticated structures and systems particularly in the high-rise commercial buildings, automotive showrooms, property fit-out and renovations and other civil structural works.

 

Over the years of my professional career, I have performed numerous construction duties such as regulatory and administrative tasks (ie permit to work, project plans, project bid and cost estimation etc.), leading and supervising construction teams, execute and deliberate Structural and Architectural drawing plans, monitoring weekly progress and project costs, quality control inspections, ensure compliance on any health and safety regulations and certifying all related construction technicalities (ie compressive strength testing, tensile strength tests, etc.) These prior experiences in delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects with highly regulated environments have helped me become adept in deploying stable, high quality, and cost-effective structural works and innovations.

 

I am relied upon for maintaining inventory levels, performing preventive maintenance checks, inspecting and monitoring work areas to ensure safety, and supervising and training project employees, including in-house, external contractors, and sub-contractors.
