          Since 2009 worked with multiple projects and delivered successful ERP, POS and other retail solutions in GCC Region (UAE, KSA, QATAR).

          Well experienced with data migration, gap identification, business process flow analysis.

          Lead, guide, explain, clarifying, and negotiate solution options and influence business partner decision making to minimize the amount of Investment from the target architecture.

          Review Solution document details and conducting UAT session to satisfy the business requirements.

          Well Experienced in developing Dashboards, reports, visualization in Microsoft Power BI tool to get the business insights.

          Experienced in Database administration, SQL/Oracle Queries, System configurations.

          Proficient in ERP Software’s such as SAP S4/HANA, MYCOM, ORACLE PIONEER, VISION.

          Ability to train users and provide ongoing support for ERP system across all the sites.

          Experienced in Customer Loyalty +Ecommerce solution (Web, Mobile App) with POS, SAP & 3rd party Omni Channel Integrations.

          Experienced with mobile app development and integration with internal back-office applications.

          Experienced in data visualization tools and analytics tools to grasp business insights.

          Strong Knowledge in Retail Business modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, AP, AR, GL) and asset management.

          Specialized in IT infrastructure and managing networks & User Policies.
