Description

With over 6 years of total experience and 3 years in the GCC in project management, coordination, and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budget and expenditure and reports directly to Project manager

 Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plans

 Review all additional works and corresponding Variation works and submit Formal Claims to the General Contractor

 Certifying invoices as per progress works done by the sub-contractors

 Monitoring Site work priorities, materials and delegate man power to achieve completion of work in timely manner.

 Raise Technical RFI/Inquiries/ Variation of Works

 Preparing and studying quantity take-off for tenders

 Preparation of project-related correspondence letter, memo or email

 Raising and submitting Material Inspections and Installation of materials following the statutory approvals and making sure that all comments are carried through and closed.

 Handles the Preparation of Pre-Qualification documents, Material Submittals/samples, Shop Drawings and Method statements including ITP and necessary documents at site.

 Raising and Closing De-Snag Documents until the completion of works/handing over.
