Description
With over 6 years of total experience and 3 years in the GCC in project management, coordination, and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budget and expenditure and reports directly to Project manager
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plans
Review all additional works and corresponding Variation works and submit Formal Claims to the General Contractor
Certifying invoices as per progress works done by the sub-contractors
Monitoring Site work priorities, materials and delegate man power to achieve completion of work in timely manner.
Raise Technical RFI/Inquiries/ Variation of Works
Preparing and studying quantity take-off for tenders
Preparation of project-related correspondence letter, memo or email
Raising and submitting Material Inspections and Installation of materials following the statutory approvals and making sure that all comments are carried through and closed.
Handles the Preparation of Pre-Qualification documents, Material Submittals/samples, Shop Drawings and Method statements including ITP and necessary documents at site.
Raising and Closing De-Snag Documents until the completion of works/handing over.
