RESPONSIBILITIES IN DUTY

Providing care for elderly patients, managing acute to chronic health issues, and assessing and evaluating individual patient requirements.

Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all administration and documentation related to patient case and medication management including oral and intravenous medication such as syringe drivers.

Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patient. Maintain  ICU services in accordance with competency standards. Complete all physician orders, administer medications. Closely observing patients, assisting doctors in providing physical assessment and procedures. Monitoring vital sign and ensuring the proper function of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters, and other life support equipment’s,  attending to patient’s overall needs, such as feeding, bathing and grooming, dressing replacement, medication intake, and comfort . To able to identify sudden changes in patient's medical conditions and inform the duty doctors immediately. Keep accurate records, according to Hospital policy. ICU ,NICU , OT ,Word ,Emergency Medicine Duty.
