I am 28 years old dedicated and skilled HR and Admin Officer with 8 Years of HR and Admin Experience including 5 Years in Qatar (Construction & Contracting, Hospitality/FM and OIL & GAS), supporting the human resources and administrative functions of the company, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of my work. Some of my responsibilities include handling payroll, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, employee relations, and office management. I have also contributed to several projects, such as implementing a new HR system, organizing a staff welfare program, and resolving a complex labor dispute. I have developed skills such as product knowledge, stocking, work orders, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving throughout my work experience.
I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Science degree from IGNOU, with a focus on business administration and management. I have obtained certification in computer operation, Human Resource Management (aphri), Admin & Secretarial, Hospitality and some other trainings from reputable institutions, which have enhanced my knowledge and competency in my field.
