Description

•       Responsible for preparation of HVAC, PLUMBING & Fire Fighting (Water supply and Drainage) drawings for buildings, malls, Banks, Hospitals etc.

•       Preparation of As Built Drawings based on Actual site execution and shop drawings

•       Preparing sections in as required. 

•       Preparing standard details as per Engineer assistance and with his giddiness. 

•       Involved in developing the single line drawing to double line shop drawing as per project specification or relevant standards.

•       Preparation of schematic diagrams for AHUS, FAHU, FCU and other High side equipment. 

•       Using Auto Cad Preparation Schedules of Equipment’s & and Celling plans.

•       Provide REVIT & AUTO CAD Support for MEP department on designee

•       Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards.

•       Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and    system and to resolve design or other problems.

•       Maintain accurate records of revision drawing versions, and project files.

•       Regularly update existing designee and drawings to reflect changes or improvements.

•       Preparation of duct sizing from airflow data.

•       “Preparation of ESP Calculation.

•       Involved in preparation of RCP drawings.

•       Quantity take off for material order.
