I am a B. Com graduate from the Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE - Sri Lanka). Currently, I am pursuing the Certified Management Accounting Sri Lanka (CMA - Managerial level) and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT - Final). Additionally, I have successfully completed the Diploma in Computerized Accounting from CCS Campus - Sri Lanka. Previously, I worked as an Accountant at SLS Group of Companies (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka from 2021 to 2023 and with Athan Bawa Sons Engineering Group of Companies (Pvt) Ltd from 2018 to 2021. I am now seeking a new opportunity.

I have become proficient in preparing Monthly and Annual Financial Statements, such as Statements of Comprehensive Income, Statements of Financial Position, Statements of cash flow, etc., in accordance with LKAS and IFRS accounting standards. These skills, combined with my ability, make me an ideal candidate for this role.

Some highlights from my past experiences include:

Checking the accuracy of transactions and documents.
Managing Accounts Payables & Receivables.
Preparing and analyzing financial records and statements.
Maintaining Petty cash and handling Banking Activities.
Proficiency in MS Office Packages, especially accounting-related software (MS Excel, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
