− Running regular checks on network and data security
− Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems
− Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
− Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
− Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time
− Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates,
upgrades, migrations and outages
− Provide end user training and manage all IT support in a timely fashion
− Responsible for network printing and print management
− Managing communication assets such as phone connections, landline connections and
devices
− Configuration & administration of CCTV, biometric devices & GPS on vehicles
− Configuration of PA system
− ID card printing
− Managing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors for printers, infrastructure
support, phones, and copiers
− Creating and managing full IT network infrastructure and applications to enable a business
to meet its objectives
− Application software operation and coordination
− IT Technical support for project related department
− Estimation/Supervision of IT related work in construction projects, such as structured cabling
work, telephone and CCTV systems
− Technical support for materials procurement and work execution
− Supervision of testing & commissioning of the system
− Attending meetings, sessions and other company events
