Description
As a QA/QC Inspector and Engineer with over 11 years of extensive experience in the domain of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Site Management in High rise buildings, large infrastructure development projects, such as Metro railways and stations, TBM and NATM Tunnels, Shafts, and Quality control at Precast elements production factory.
Knowledge of construction methods and sequences in civil structures over and beneath the ground surface. I am well-versed in material sampling and testing, conducting trial mixes, managing the laboratory, and performing internal audits. Additionally, proficient in reviewing and implementing Method Statements, ITP, ASTM, BS & ACI, and QCS 2010, and 2014.
Furthermore, I am responsible for conducting physical site inspections and construction of buildings, tunnels, shafts, roads, and precast manufacturing in large-scale public infrastructures providing supervision.
Responsible for organizing inspections for QC Inspectors by work inspection requests received from the construction team.
Prepare weekly and monthly QC reports for submission to the client. Create Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) based on the Method of Statement, aligned with QCS 2014 and project specifications.
Address Submittal Review Forms from consultants regarding submitted Method of Statements (MST) and Material Approval Requests (MAR) inI think it's the relevant project specifications.
Develop QA/QC Site Questionnaires as required by Ashghal regulations. Conduct worker training sessions in compliance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to ensure the quality of workmanship.
Manage subcontractor quality engineers and collaborate with them to refine and enhance the Methods of statements they submit before formal submission to the consultant.
Coordinate with the precast yard for tunnel segment casting and maintain repair data logs for report submission to the consultant.
When requested by Project or Area Managers, investigate situations that impact quality and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Preparing the PQN and MAR for the client's approval.
