JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

v  Execution of MEP activities as per the approved drawing, client specification & Local authorities.

v  Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP team.

v  Supervise MEP contractors at site & ensure the proper quality of work being executed.

v  Supervise all the MEP installation, testing, FAT & commissioning activities.

v  Planning the work at site with contractors and finish all the MEP related works before the target dates.

v  Attend meetings with client / consultant & follow up the agreed actions on time

v  Follow up with the Client / consultant for the document’s approval

v  Maintain site record for the IFC drawing, Site notes, client inspection etc.

v  Verify the material quantity take off.

v  Monitor the progress at site & ensure any possible delays are dealt in timely manner.

v  Liaise with the client / consultant for all the MEP site activities.

v  Follow up with the contractors for material delivery at site in a timely manner.

v  Undertake final project snagging & prepare a list of defects for the contractors action.

v  Assist in reviewing the design drawing & material submittal.

v  Review & comment on the contractors operation & maintenance manuals.
