Duties and responsiblities are given below: Material Quantity take off, Raising Request for Quotations to suppliers. Preparing Local Purachse order by comparative statement approved by Manager's. Preparing petty cash log and distributing petty cash according to the site needs. Clearing invoices to site materials making certificate of payment. Preparing and maintaining Tracking / Material Delivery status of all the projects. Maintaining files and documents according to ISO standards. Prepare requisition (Telex transfer payments, cheque request, material requisition, internal memo etc. ...)
