Description

·        Preparation of detailed Civil, Architectural, ID & Structural shop drawings from design drawings.

·        Preparation of General Architectural/Structural shop drawings such as Excavation layout & Sections details, Pile layout, slab & columns layout with MEP requirements, Staircase section details, ramp details, construction joint details in raft, slab & retaining walls etc.

·        Preparation of Architectural shop drawings such as Block work layout, Tiling layout, Finishes layout, Ceiling layout & details, External layout & Section & Elevation details.

·        Preparation of Floor Tiling & Wall Tiling Section & Elevation Details.

·        Preparation of Landscape drawings.

·        Preparation of Shop Drawing as per Project requirements.

·        Providing Coordinates for site works and installation.

·        Develop & preparation of coordination drawings in coordination with design engineer.

• Preparation of Door, Windows & Finishes Schedules.

·        Develop and preparation of Redline & As-built drawings for Structure, Architectural & ID works.

·        Preparation of As Built Drawings as condition of site..

·        Collecting information from the site and implementing it in the as-built drawing.

·        Works independently under the direction from the senior architects & engineering managers.

• Keeping track of all Shop Drawings, RFIs through drawings & RFI logs.
• Keeping tracks of all Structural & Architectural shop drawings through proper logs.

·        Super imposing of architectural drawings over structural drawings, if discrepancies found shall be notified to head of dept. or engineer to raise RFI for further clarification to consultant.

• Preparation of QCDD (Civil Deference) Documents.

 

·        Performs other duties as directed by management, collaborates with design staff by establishing
methods of closer communication and coordination.

·        Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from Time to Time.

·        Preparing BOQ for the Project & Tenders.

·        Modelling the Civil Components of building including Architecture & Structure.

·        Preparing Civil models including placement of components like Staircase, Ramps, and others according to the project requirement.

·        Generating sections in Civil Models & Tagging or detailing.

·        Layout setting & generating PDF.

·        Creating the families according to the project requirement.

·        Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.
