Description

·        Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

·        Ensure regular inspection and servicing of equipment.

·        Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.

·        Conduct training to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

·        Supervise and lead a team of engineers, supervisors & technicians.

·        Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.

·        Oversee corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.

·        Coordinate with third-party service providers for specialized repairs or system upgrades.

·        Review and approve maintenance-related contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

·        Ensure that external contractors adhere to site safety and performance standards.

·        Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

·        Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.

·        Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance.

·        Prepare reports for management on energy usage, system reliability, downtime, and budget compliance.

·        Oversaw planning, procurement, and execution of MEP projects & maintenance within budget and time constraints.

·        Review the estimations, contracts and ensure contract terms align with legal and company policies.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve design / Site issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Review and approve MEP-related change orders and variations.
• Ensure safe working practices for all MEP-related site operations.
• Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and operation manuals are submitted.
• Coordinate final inspections and handover processes.
• Lead a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Evaluating the performance of subordinates.
