Having over 24 years of IT experience working in various technologies. Lead projects with Delivery excellence as a Techno-functional and Project manager. Implemented UKG for global conglomerates like GE businesses, Vodafone, State Street Corporation, Mahindra and Mahindra, Jubilant Food and Tenaris. 

Currently working with Tech Mahindra, Qatar, for the client Qatar Airways as a functional project manager and design architect, automating their Workforce using UKG across 90 countries from November 2024. 

Over 14 years of experience in the WFM of HCM space implementation, transition and supporting end-to-end time and absence projects implementation UKG Pro across APAC, MEA, Africa and EMEA regions and 2 years in implementing Workday time and absence projects. Managed service delivery for Time & attendance and payroll operations through Kronos / Workday/ SharePoint application systems. I am specialized in implementing workforce (HCM) strategies to drive organizational growth. With a proven track record of success, I adeptly manage HR projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
