· Assists senior accountants with all financial operations.
· Preparation of accounts, reports and documentation
· Compiles weekly and monthly financial statements reports and their submission.
· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
· Handles the month-end and year-end closing process.
· Monitoring the firm’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
· Timely preparation of cheques to release payment on time.
· Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
· Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
· Cash and Bank reconciliation.
· Uses popular financial software.
· Collaborates with other members of the finance team.
