Having completed a Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management, NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery, and a Food & Beverage certificate, I bring a strong foundation in kitchen operations and culinary techniques.

During my role at Thai Charm Restaurant, I contributed to the preparation of Thai salads, appetizers, desserts, and supported the Head Chef in main course production, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. I also have experience preparing smoothies and juices from my time at Seed Cafe.
