Managing all type of office automation and Administration tasks.
Handling & Controlling the administrative and secretarial routine work.
Various office management activities including different kinds of correspondence using MS Word and MS Excel.
Give the direction to HR Department on various office related & recruitment tasks. Travel arrangement of all staff, Ticketing and other formalities.
Control the manpower mobilization
Making invoices for various projects
Follow-up for the collection process. Tender Preparation and making quotations
Reporting directly to the General Manager
Upkeep of professionalism in the Office. Customer Service and providing customer oriented information
Attend to queries from clients and forward the same to various departments
Delivers confidential & urgent material directly to the concerned staff
Communicate regularly with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors to monitor the work progress.
