100,000 or 180,000 per year what type of villa would i get for either?

I'm still doing the Math’s before I make my mind up about moving out.
Any advise on what standard of accommodation I would expect for QR 100,000 and QR 180,00 per year. it's either on or the other..... Save or live nicely.
The company I am in discussion with can offer me a 3bd villa for 100k. but if i go elsewhere......... how much will it bust my wallet. Obviously I’d like to be in a 3/4 bed with pool ect, but I’m realistic........... so access to a pool will do.
Thanks in advance.
What's the company compound? Someone may already be living there.
Thanks Amnesia. I would like to PM you separately on this, if thats okay with you. I saw another thread where you offered help with some apartments.
cheers guys, i may stick it out in the company villa at 100k (so far the photos look ok, clean, not too old and with pool) then look for somewhere with a little bit of outside space once i have got used to the city.
@sajjad, it was at Najma Road. It wasn't old, but from my standards it wasn't that nice.
However if your budget is 12-15k you'll get a nice place for sure.

Thanks Don, appreciate your feedback, I reckon I will budget for between 12- and 15K?
For 8K you will get a crapy old villa or maybe even for more, for 15K you will get an ok villa in a compound but as alexa said, forget about quality, you will never find at Doha even if you pay 35K, but at lease it will be better than the 15K.
I always tell the truth, even when I lie
Amnesia, any chance you may recall the name of buildings, villas which would be available for 8-9K? I would appreciate all your help.
so either 8,000 or 15,000 a month.
@alexa, Nope I agree with you, alot of places didn't have quality control. (not all but alot). As mentioned though, most places didn't care about having quality control in the past and its only changed because of the flow of expats into Qatar.
For 8k, you can get a good place that's for sure.
For 15k you could get a place in a great apartment by the corniche area.
I forgot the name of the building that looks like three cubes but they had 2bedrooms on the high up floors for 12k and sea view.
