The Ramada has changed a bit in the last 2 years, but I agree about the service being lousy.
If ur stay is for a week or so, it is ok. There are some new hotels opened up in town, interested???

I stayed there for a month or so about 4-years ago. Like any hotel, it was fine for the first week but then I began to notice only the bad things. The staff, room service and the Library bar were okay, the restaurants, Maxims and Chingari were excellent (...and still are).
There are better hotels in Doha, but there are also worse!
