Ooredoo Najoom Points
I have been facing problem in getting Najoom points from last three months. It has been 12 days when i registered my complain. In addition, I have called them many times and getting same reply as "We will send an e-mail and it will be fixed by tomorrow"
Do we have any similar case here?

hi guys..first of all i want to ask wat is this nojoom point? im just kinda confious because i am a qtel user also..and i do have my qnb credit card either but i am not perfectly aware with this one..how can i activate my nojoom point?
Me too in the same ordeal since the last 3 weeks, no remedy so far. They did not award any points since February despite I have paid the monthly bills regularly. I have sent them many emails but in vain. What to do yaani?
Its QTel Najoom not with credit card. I have been calling QTel every second day to find some solution but no solution so far. :-(
Is it from Qtel or Nojoom points from QNB credit Card. My credit card points are not being added. but i have not called thme, as being busy in other things, and i know that i have to follow up for fixing this. Anyway, pls let us know, what u did and how it was fixed.
