but when u ask , where is it - I can tell you that it is in betweeen B ring road and C ring road.
When you go from Ramada to Toyota signal...
From Ramada count signal no.2 and turn left.
The area is called Mansoura
Yes, it is close to electricity, water, and roads
AL Mansoora is know to be a residential area ,even Al Meera Coperate store is located there,its a gud place to live in
