I went to Opera at Land mark yesterday and I was very shocked by my experience.

I went with my friends to have lunch together but thanks to the bad service we didn't eat together.

To start, the service was indifferent, slow and lazy.

I ordered a canneloni which came COLD. i asked them to heat it and after 10 minutes it was nowhere! I got the attention of the manager and it finally came.

My friends lasange was a joke. There was a small dish of hot, salty cheese, with no bechemel, no tomato sauce and two thin "cigarette" layers of lasagne at the top and bottom.

The bathroom was REVOLTING - used tissues every where, unflushed toilet bowl and a strange smell ( eventhough there were cleaning products lying around.)

Positive point - they brought the bill quickly.
