My husband and I ate here on December 13. The service was AWFUL! The staff all just stood around talking with each other. If we needed anything they took forever to bring it to us. I don't think they could possibly walk any slower.

Then entire area is covered with NO SMOKING signs. After we had ordered and gotten our drinks (which took eons) I smelled smoke. Two table away some guys were lighting up and smoking. They had a NO SMOKING sign over their heads that stated it was against the law to smoke there. My husband called the waitress over and pointed out that this was a no smoking area. She went over and asked them to not smoke. The jerk said "I know the rules" and kept puffing. Rather than doing anything about it, she walked over and told US to let him at least finish his cigarette like this was all our fault. We told her we would be moving. And we did.

I also ordered the cannelloni which came cold and dry. My husband ordered the Opera chicken which came super dry.

The staff did their best to completely ignore us after that. We kept signalling and saying excuse me. Finally my husband actually got up and brought his glass to them to be refilled.

It was a horrible experience all around. We will not be going back. Food was bad, service was bad, atmosphere was bad. This place should get NO stars.
