The apartment is very spacious, with lot of windows and light. Plants in the house to give it a comfy vibe. there are balconies that provide direct sea view and great spot to chill.
The room is nice and furnished, it also has a window with beach view.
The kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, coffee machines, blender etc.
The residents has access to aprivate piazza to chill, various beaches at Qanat Quartier and a club house to invite friends to play billiard, watch games, movies etc.
The building is quite and is private, it is mostly occupied by expats and very very few kids.
We are two in the house (one guy and one girl), not often around, and looking for a third person with a positive vibe. :)
