According to this recent QL article (https://www.qatarliving.com/forum/news/posts/all-gatherings-reduced-five-people-restaurants-museums-parks-beaches-reopen-july-1): Parks and beaches will be reopened for people of all ages while continuing to practice social distancing. Play areas will remain closed.
