Major Project Engagements:
1. Automatic Hydraulic Jack in Four-wheeler-This idea was conceived after studying the intense difficulty of lifting a vehicle during emergencies .By considering the fabrication parts of the system with utmost care for simplicity and economy ,I designed the jack such that it could be accommodated as an essential tool in every automobile regardless of it sprucing. This system, which is based on Pascal’s Law, would significantly reduce the time taken to change a flat tyre and assist technicians in basic inspection of the vehicle.
2. Performance Tuning of a Two-Wheeler and Exhaust Design–Under took a complete over hauling and performance tuning of a two wheeler with increase in power output. This involved redesign of critical internal components including the carburetor, chasse design, suspension and electronic amongst others
3. Automotive Design for the SAE INDIA BAJA 2012 competition –Designed a 4WD all terrain vehicle (ATV) as per the BAHA specifications
which was subject to multiple levels of rigorous resting by Mahindra technicians
