One my friend was working in a Qatari (Qatar National Owned ) Company for past 7 yeas , He has took 10 more days from his last vacation period without informing company , so that company forced him to sign a new contract starting from 2012 .
Now he decided to resign his job after 7 years , but company has decided to give him EOS only from 2012 , that is just for one year .
Is it a violation of Qatar Labour Rules ? , also how he can request for the EOS for complete 7 years .
This company not providing Original Employee Contact to any of the employee in this company , So he does not have a copy signed Employee contract with him / no salary slip for his last 7 years .
