Dear Sir,

To get education document attested from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affair-Qatar) you require three attested documents to be submitted.

The documents are;

1) Degree certificate
2) Consolidated or final year mark sheet (transcript)
3) Bonafied letter (as per format of MOFA)

The steps for attestation for Indian education documents are;

Option 1
1) Notary in India
2) Home Department (Mantralaya) in India
3) Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in India
4) Indian Embassy in Qatar
5) MOFA in Qatar

Option 2
1) Human Resource Department (HRD) in India
2) Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in India
3) Qatar Embassy in India
4) MOFA in Qatar
