Do i need a noc frm my ex employer for business visa. I have not completed my 2 yrs stay outside qatar. Will it affect my position if i plan to return after 2 yrs to work in qatar again?

If u are out for two years since your RP cancelled u don ot need NOC but if u did not completed two years u can come as Business men visa no need NOC or tourist visa
