Can my wife work in Qatar without my sponsorship?

My salary is not enough for sponsor my wife. But I want to bring her in Qatar for work. She completed Graduation in Botany. Can anyone please tell me is there any option for it?

Very much possible .... as said above ....
If she gets work visa then she can work in Qatar under her company's sponsorship. She doesn't need your sponsorship.
