Kahramaa Wins 2026 Arab Corporate Social Responsibility Award

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has won the 2026 Corporate Social Responsibility Award for Companies in Arab Countries in recognition of its initiatives and efforts in social responsibility and sustainability.

The corporation received the award during a ceremony held in Bahrain. The recognition reflects KAHRAMAA’s efforts to embed social responsibility and sustainability across its operations, projects and programmes, while supporting sustainable development and creating a positive impact on society and the environment.

Mohammed Ali Al-Mohannadi, Director of Public Relations and Communication at KAHRAMAA, said the recognition reflects the corporation’s commitment to integrating social responsibility into its work and initiatives, and provides further motivation to continue developing initiatives that support Qatar National Vision 2030.

The award is presented by the Regional Network for Social Responsibility and recognises organisations for responsible practices and their contribution to economic and social development.
