Looking for a loving and experienced home for this parrot. She was found on the street about 4 years ago with CONCRETE glued to all her feet so she couldn't move or fly. We removed the concrete and hand fed her, then weaned her to homemade parrot food. We have full time jobs and little kids so we don't have time to devote to her.
