Reflections

Running through desolate
plains.
Fighting through the tears
I hear the sounds
of your footsteps echoing
through the year
I search inside to
try and find the soul
that once lived there
so angry, sad and tight
full of fear
But now I find another
that resides deep down there
with a very special sphere
where there are
just vast lands of
peacefulness to adhere
