Thai community in Qatar

Hi,
I am in the position to accept a job in Qatar but wonder if Qatar would be a good place for my Thai wife and her son (10).
Is there a Thai community in Qatar or would it just be not a good idea to bring them over?

there is no reason why this ...there is no reason why this place wont be bad for your wife and kid.you will always find your community people here, if you are getting a good break in your job, then please do come, its no life if your family is not with you, get what i mean.
there are no blatant restrictions on women living in doha, if thats what you are really worried about.its a good place.

Thais ...I know this is a old add,, but We are moving to Qatar from Korat. My husband Australian. Me Thai and 2.5 year old son Harsip Thai harsip Australian.
We had good friends in Muscat, Oman... and it was good to have Thia friends.. Thank you
