81 outstanding students to be recognised by Qatar’s Education Ministry on Sep 29

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education will honour 81 students who achieved outstanding results in international and Gulf competitions during the 2025/26 academic year.

The recognition ceremony will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Ministry’s theatre.

Recognising students who represented Qatar

The ceremony will celebrate students who represented Qatar at international competitions and forums and demonstrated strong knowledge, skills and abilities.

Their achievements contributed to distinguished results for the country and reflected the capabilities of Qatari students on regional and international stages.

The Ministry said the initiative is also intended to promote a culture of excellence and encourage students to continue developing their skills and working towards further achievements.

Ceremony to showcase student achievements

The programme will include official speeches by Ministry leaders, followed by the recognition of the 81 students.

A visual presentation will also showcase some of the students’ most notable achievements and participation in international competitions and forums.

School principals representing the participating students will attend alongside educational and academic figures.

Supporting student talent

The Ministry said the recognition forms part of a broader strategy to support student talent and develop young people’s capabilities.

Through a more supportive educational environment, the Ministry aims to help students innovate, compete at regional and international levels and contribute to the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
