Ministry of Transport Temporarily Suspends Marine Activities Until Further Notice
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of Iran’s continued destabilising behaviour.
The ministry said Iran’s actions undermine the security and stability of the region.
It added that this behaviour violates the principles of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, the Charter of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the rules of good neighbourliness.
The ministry also condemned repeated Iranian attacks on commercial vessels.
It warned that these attacks threaten the security and freedom of navigation.
