Barista And Service Staff (Male) 

We Are looking for a passionate and energetic Male Barista to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station in accordance with MOPH standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support dine-in and delivery operations during busy periods.
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 year of barista experience in a café or restaurant.
• Knowledge of espresso-based coffee preparation and latte art is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be currently in Qatar with a transferable visa or valid work status.
